3 couples arranged for an apartment rental through the above agency. We paid in fully for the apartment before departure. There were pictures and a thorough description of the property registered on the web site. We exchanged multiple emails with the proprietor. However, when we arrived the address DID NOT EXIST and the proprietor refused to answer any emails or calls to his cell phone. We were left with no place to stay and out 350 pounds! His listing has appeared on other sites as well.
