We called the owner with concern that there wass a leak in the master bath on Wednesday and did not hear from them until the Saturday. $90 was withheld from our deposit for them having to call a serviceman to come and look. Repairs were done to the toilet (seal was replaced) and we were charged for the repairs. That is not where the leak was. We know there is an underlying problem and was trying to give her a heads up. She is encouraging people to be dishonest and not report problems for fear of damage deposit problems. Do not stay here....it was also very diry. and run down.
