We love visitors to Austin, but we don't want a hotel next door to us. You are probably very nice, decent people, but we don't know you, and others who have stayed next door have not been so nice. Please visit one of the wonderful local hotels in Austin or a legitimate bed and breakfast, where the site has been inspected for safety. There was a bad fire at the house in 2010 in which a 5-year-old barely escaped. There has also been a major gas leak and other incidents.
