We were very upset with thiis home in Naples and the cirucmstances surrounding our stay. Not as advertised and pool very cold. Weather was not so great and pool to cold to swim in. House a mess and manager failed to get back to us. Not happy with naples and went to a hotel for last week of stay. Met two failies who had actually stayed at homes in Naples as well, in Pelican Bay and they had a horrible experience as well with their rental, home not ready and charged more than agreed to when they arrived..
