The owner of this property - Carlos Campillo is very untrustworthy. It has been a month since I rented this property and it was left in BETTER condition that it was received and I have not yet had my rental deposit returned despite repeated requests on my part and broken promises from the owner (ie. I will wire deposit money into your account on or before April 1st - that's today and it didn't happen). When I first asked why he had not yet returned it his lame excuse is "I forgot". My "lying" radar immediately turned on as this is the exact same excuse he used when it took him over a month to return a signed rental contract. Should have headed the warning signs then. He is suppose to be a former real estate agent that is now working as a mortgage broker.
Bottom line - this man is absolutely untrustworthy - he will take your money and after that he couldn't care less. If you do deal with DO NOT wire transfer him the deposit - you will never get it back.
