First of all, the properties are reffered to as cabins. They are essentiually homes in a residential area. They have School bus stops, gas station down the road, etc.. We asked to be away from paved roads and were assured the property was not on paved roads. They were paved. Upon entering the porperty we were overcome by the smell of feces. We found several little piles in the home, presumably from a previous tenant with a dog. Clearly they did not clean the place very well. At the time we made the reservation for this property we asked about the avaialbity of another property in a couple months. We did not reserve it. When we looked at our credit card statment we learned that they had charged our card for half the cost of the cabin we simply asked about. We are currently arguing this with them. The cabin that we actually rented was represented to us as a 4bed 2 bath, what we got was a 2 bedroom 1 bath, quite a difference. Reccommed avoiding this company if you want to have a nice quiet stress free vacation. If you want to go and stay in someones house, then consider them, but make sure about charges and ensure it is clean. I believe they have several properties within this subdividision in Flagstaff.
