Richard had a listing on vacationsfrbo.com 65961 and it was all fasle information I realized after I had already made a deposit into his wife's bank account to save the rental. He is using false residence and telephone for himself plus the beach house itself isnt even accurate information and he doesnt even own it or have any relations to it. Please be forewarned, I have not recieved my money back and now have no beach house, plus the owners of this address may not even know this person is using their information to rent a home, they are elderly and I hope they arent being scammed as...

Unclean Vacation Home San Salvador-Bahamas
Don’t be fooled about all the great reviews. I had a very different experience with this rental house. During the last years in the Bahamas we’ve recognized, that for $ 2,500 a week for 4-5 people, we could be sure, that the rental homes were clean and well maintained. This house (Blue House, San Salvador, Bahamas) was just disgusting. The owner told us that she is very picky to whom she rent her house. The important information’s were held back.

We were in a hurry to book a place and came across this listing which looked great, we contacted the owners. Got the terrms and decided to go for it. We wired them $670 to a bank in the US. First off I was informed by the woman that rented me the place that it was close to the strip, and it was less than 1 mile to Las Vegas Blvd, BUT what she didn’t say was that it was 7 miles out of town and in the boonies. We recently stay here and the photos shown on their healing destination website are obviously quite a few years old. Some members of our group were returning customers and noted a significant decline in the condition of the property. When we made our rental aggreement, we were told there was an outdoor jacuzzi tub and internet; however, this was not the case. The hot tub had been converted into a pond and the internet didn't work (even after numerous phone calls to Arna regarding the problem).

misrepresentation of property conditions/construction
We inquired about property in 2009 for our family's spring break vacation. We specifically asked rental agent at luxury retreats in an email and by phone if any construction in or around property. Both owner of property and luxury retreats said no construction of any kind. I have all email correspondence.
When we arrived at site their were bulldozers, workers,dust, and construction everywhere. Not only are they building a hotel or resort right next to this property between the aqua hotel and casa feliz, but the villa below was also having outside tile replaced.

This was our dream home vacation rental during July. I stayed at the property for 1 week and paid $5000.00 to do so. It is a beautiful property, with ocean front access, and a pool. We were nervous due to the cost, and sight unseen. We have rented thru VRBO before though, and it was always a great stay. We paid in advance a $2500.00 deposit, which was supposed to be returned to us by 5 days after our stay. We left the property in perfect condition, just as we had found it to be. On Feb 24 we get a call from VacationPalmSprings.com who we made the rental with, that the property has since sold and the new owners do not want to rent it out.
